Water, or lack of water!

 

Part 1 of the exhibition will include displays of a history of Tulare Lake before and after the mid-1800's, issues about, and the resolution of, the allocation of Kings River water, pioneer families, the Mussel Slough tragedy, Lacey Milling Company and early farm implements.

โ€‹

 

Part 2 will feature displays on issues facing agriculture today including groundwater management, sustainable farming practices, pest control, and community groups involved in agriculture.
